31 Days to Clean ~ GIVEAWAY!!!

BIG NEWS!!!

Sarah Mae, author of 31 Days to Clean: Having a Martha House the Mary Way, has graciously agreed to a blog giveaway on Apron Strings and Holy Things!

This is in celebration of my own 31-day Journey with Sarah Mae's eBook. I'm on day two now and am having an interesting time and already see how this book will help me update some of my own cleaning lists and schedules. I hope to blog all about it when the original 31 days are over.

In the meantime...

For your opportunity to win, simply post below and share what you think is your biggest challenge is when it comes to keeping your home. For a second entry, also tell us why you think so and what you think can be done to remedy the challenge!

Winner will be chosen on Sunday, June 12th (no later than 8pm CST). The winner will be chosen by random drawing. One winner per this giveaway. Winner does not need to do anything (other than supply me with their email). I will contact Sarah Mae with your email and she will send you a FREE copy of her eBook.

This is an eBook, and is presented in PDF format.

So, think about your challenges and let us know! And be sure to visit Sarah Mae at her website: 31 Days to Clean.

Hugs,

  1. Oh my! I have seen this book advertised and would love it! My biggest challenge when it comes to cleaning is self-discipline. :(

  2. Hi Tamara! That's great that you're doing this project.

I considered it, myself, but after looking at the table of contents, was really intimidated. I guess I am not much a homemaker in that sense.

My biggest challenge is clutter, I think. Seems like every time I conquer it in one place, it grows somewhere else, LOL!

  3. That looks like such an awesome book!

I have a few challenges, but I have to say by biggest one is habits. I am just not in the habit of doing the little things regularly, so they build up until I'm frustrated. Dusting, vacuuming, even laundry. If I could get in the habit I'm sure I'd be fine, even with clutter, because I'd be in the habit of clearing it.

  4. Oh my there are so many challenges. I think my biggest one is clutter as well. We've been trying to fight the clutter bug here lately, and it's going slowly due to the build-up.

  5. One way I'm try/trying to fight it, is giving away more things. I am also trying not to buy things I don't need, the impulse buys...they really get me.

  6. Thanks so much for your encouraging comment on my blog post. It is so easy to view things the way we see them and not trust God, thanks for your prayers :)!

  7. My biggest challenge with my house is laundry.
It doesn't matter how hard I try. My two teen boy's constantly change their clothes. It seems as though a little fairy drops off 3 more loads on top of the loads I have everyday. Yikes, I can never keep up. Have a good day:)

  8. This sounds like a very interesting book. My biggest challenge is motivating myself to start. I have five little tornadoes that I feel are holding my poor house hostage. lol The remedy for this is just to jump in and start. I always feel great once I have one room clean. The problem is that when I go to the next room to get it clean and then come back, it's all undone. Ah, such is life. lol
